1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using any AnchorLabs product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our products.

2. Products and Licenses

AnchorLabs products are digital Notion workspace templates. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product for your own business operations. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense our products.

3. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. All sales are final unless you qualify for our 7-day refund policy.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day full refund policy from the date of purchase. To request a refund, email hello@anchorlabs.net with your order number within 7 days of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All AnchorLabs products, the AEON Framework architecture, and all associated content remain the intellectual property of AnchorLabs. Your license grants you the right to use – not to own – the underlying systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

AnchorLabs products are provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining your Notion account, keeping your workspace secure, and ensuring your use of our products complies with Notion’s own Terms of Service.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in a mutually agreed jurisdiction.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
