How do I access my product after purchase?
After completing your purchase via LemonSqueezy, you’ll receive an email with your Notion workspace template link. Click the link to duplicate it to your Notion account. No installation required.
Do I need a paid Notion plan?
SoloOps works on the Notion free plan. BizCore and FounderStack require a Notion Plus plan or higher for multi-user collaboration and advanced database features.
How long does setup take?
Most users are operational within 1-2 hours. Each product includes a setup guide walking you through the Context Engine configuration and initial database population.

Can I upgrade from Core to Pro after purchase?
Yes. Email us at hello@anchorlabs.net and we’ll provide an upgrade link. You’ll pay the difference and receive the Pro workspace template to use alongside or instead of Core.
Are updates included?
All purchases include updates to the same tier for the life of the product. Major version upgrades (e.g., v3.x to v4.x) may be offered at a discount to existing customers.

What payment methods are accepted?
We use LemonSqueezy for payment processing, which accepts all major credit/debit cards. No subscription – all products are one-time purchases.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 7-day refund policy. If you’re not satisfied within 7 days of purchase, email hello@anchorlabs.net with your order number and we’ll process a full refund, no questions asked.
